The South Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (SC-CAI) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of the community association industry in five geographic regions of South Carolina:
- Charleston
- Columbia
- Greenville
- Hilton Head
- Myrtle Beach
Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner association volunteers, professional association managers, management companies, and those who provide services and products to community associations.
The South Carolina Chapter is comprised of approximately 550 members, with affiliations with hundreds of others in the industry who participate in programs and events. The chapter is one of 59 Community Associations Institute chapters across the nation.
MISSION STATEMENT
The South Carolina Chapter Community Associations Institute's mission is to enhance property values and quality of life in community associations in South Carolina by promoting leadership, excellence and professionalism through education, communication and resources.
