The South Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-SC) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of the community association industry in five geographic regions of South Carolina:
- Charleston
- Columbia
- Greenville
- Hilton Head
- Myrtle Beach
Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner association volunteers, professional association managers, management companies, and those who provide services and products to associations.
The South Carolina Chapter has over 400 members, plus affiliations with dozens of others in the industry who participate in programs and events. The chapter is one of 56 Community Associations Institute chapters across the nation. More
