Our Community Association Day festivities and educational programs will be held at the beautiful Francis Marion Hotel in historic downtown Charleston. The hotel offers valet parking or the use of the city parking garage directly behind the hotel.  The self-parking rate is $12 per day and if you are staying overnight at the hotel, those fees can be added to your hotel room bill.

The CAI room block includes traditional rooms with either two double beds or one queen bed for $159 per night.  Members can upgrade to a deluxe room with one king bed for an additional $40 per night or a suite for an additional $100 per night if desired.  Be sure to reserve under our room block for the pricing consideration.  Call for reservations be sure to tell them you are booking in the CAI Room Block.  The phone number is toll free 877-756-2121.
