Exhibitor space will be available in the Prefunction A area and in the Carolina Ballroom. Exhibitors may select their top three choices, but the conference committee reserves the right to locate vendors to best suit room layout and separation of industries.*

This is a tabletop display ONLY. Displays and items that are not conducive to the space provided will not be permitted.
Exhibitor Space Fee Includes:
▪ 6 foot draped & skirted table ▪ Electrical outlets as needed ($40 additional charge) ▪ Admission for 2 company reps to entire event Additional reps must pay full conference tuition fee ▪ Reps will join participants for lunch & snacks ▪ Badges, ribbons and other fanfare ▪ Promotion in Conference Program ▪ Opportunity to offer prize drawings ▪ Electronic list of attendees after conference
Note: General sessions will be held in the Carolina Ballroom.
Exhibitor space may be reserved without prepayment for SC Chapter Community Associations Institute members with established accounts only. Non-members must remit the exhibitor fees with their reservation. The deadline for all reservations and payment is September 15, 2010. No exceptions. Reservations that are unpaid after that date will be released to for other vendors.
* Chapter Annual Sponsors have first-right-of-refusal for exhibitor space.
Exhibitors must submit reservations using the online form at www.cai-sc.net and include information as to who will be attending.
Set up: Thursday, 10/14 - 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Friday, 10/15 - 7:15 - 7:45 a.m.
Tear down: Friday, 10/15 - 3:00—3:45 p.m. or after 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitor instruction packets will be sent with additional information.
CAI Suitcasing Policy: CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which describes the practice by non-exhibiting and non-sponsoring companies or individuals representing their services or products, or soliciting conference participants for conflicting activities.
