Assistant Executive Director - Sun City Hilton Head Community Association
This is a #2 community association management position for a 6,400 home (8,200 at build-out), 12,000 population, age-restrictd active adult community in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years large-scale management experience and have a PCAM (or be close to achieving it) with a bachelors degree. The budget is $16 million spread over 10 departments, including two golf courses and two food & beverage operations. Excellent starting salary and benefits package.
