Senate Bill 218 - Homeowners Association Act was introduced in this year's legislative session.  It is identical to S 30, from the last legislative session.  There has been no activity on this proposed legislation during this session and it is unlikely that there will be any before the session ends.  The South Carolina LAC is opposed to this Bill as written.
