This version of a Planned Community Act for South Carolina was researched and authored by the South Carolina Legislative Action Committee (LAC). This version has been presented to members of South Carolina Legislature for review.
THIS IS NOT SENATE BILL S-30 and the SCLAC does not support S-30.
Note that S-30 is the bill number for the 2009 SC Legislative session. It is very much the same as S-1283 from the 2008 session.
